Location: Awali, Bahrain - Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long Term
- Residential Position with Home Leaves

- Previous Oil, Gas, Petrochem exp essential
- Overview:
A. Provides fit for purpose Company Commitments (Contracts, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, etc.) to the SCM Department to meet the specific demands and requests of the Proponent Group
B. Contract life-cycle management
Responsibilities:
- Tenders for Suppliers and Service Contractors
- Tenders Evaluation Models (Technical and Commercial)
- Contracts Administration (Amendments, Change orders, etc.)
- Contracts Management (Quality of work, Spend, Timelines)
- Contractor Performance Management via Service Quality Meeting methodology
- Contracting Strategy Planning
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Provides fit-for-purpose commitment documents to the SCM Department
- Manages performance across the vendor community for their particular Contracts
Qualifications:
- Diploma or University Degree in Engineering or Geology or Law/Contracts
- At least 5 (five) years experience as an Oil & Gas professional with previous exposure to:
- Drilling or Drilling Engineering / Production Ops / Facilities Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Contracting and Legal Affairs -
