Location: Awali, Bahrain - Start: ASAP

Overview:
A. Provides fit for purpose Company Commitments (Contracts, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, etc.) for the SCM Department to meet the specific demands and requests of the Facilities Proponent Group
B. Contract life-cycle management
Responsibilities:
- Tenders for Suppliers and Service Contractors
- Tenders Evaluation Models (Technical and Commercial)
- Contracts Administration (Amendments, Change orders, etc.)
- Contracts Management (Quality of work, Spend, Timelines)
- Contractor Performance Management via Service Quality Meeting methodology
- Contracting Strategy Planning
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Provides fit-for-purpose commitment documents for the SCM Department
- Manages performance across the vendor community for their particular Contracts
Qualifications:
- Diploma or University Degree in Engineering or Geology or Law/Contracts
- At least 5 (five) years experience as an Oil & Gas professional with previous exposure to:
- Drilling or Drilling Engineering / Production Ops / Facilities Engineering.
- Supply Chain Management
